To enroll in the Certified Housing Asset Manager designation, please complete the NeighborWorks America certification enrollment form available on their website here.

Earning the Asset Management Specialist (AMS) designation is required before taking the more advanced classes in the Certified Housing Asset Manager training program. You can find out about the AMS program and how to enroll here.

If you have already started on the Certified Housing Asset Manager program but are not sure if you have submitted the enrollment form or what classes you have completed, please email [email protected] to find out. We’re happy to clear up any questions or details you may need!

Advanced Financial Tools for Asset Managers Part 1 (AM321vc)

The live instruction will take place on Wednesdays, 9/2, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23 from 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM ET. Registration will open in July 2026.
Prerequisite: Asset Management Specialist designation.

Advanced Financial Tools for Asset Managers Part 2 (AM322vc)

The live instruction will take place on Thursdays,  10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29 from 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM ET. Registration will open in August 2026. 
Prerequisite: Asset Management Specialist designation.
